Lucky for me, my fabulous friend Irene creates and caters these morsels of perfection for parties. I jumped at the first chance I could find to order a batch of these heavenly goodies, so I and a group of very lucky ladies will be feasting on rhubarb cupcakes with strawberry frosting at Jenn’s Baby Shower come this August 1.
